Philippians 4:8-18
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. read more I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction. Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God. show less |

I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall Be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God.
For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall Be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and Be filled with their own devices.
So shall thy barns Be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Lest strangers Be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;
There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall Be filled with mischief.
The backslider in heart shall Be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall Be filled with gravel.
Therefore thou shalt speak unto them this word; Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Every bottle shall Be filled with wine: and they shall say unto thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall Be filled with wine?
Thou shalt Be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy sister Samaria.
As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities Be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the LORD.
For the earth shall Be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might Be filled with all the fulness of God.
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might Be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may Be filled with joy;
It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to Be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;
And blessed Be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth Be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen.
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and Be filled with their own devices.
So shall thy barns Be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Lest strangers Be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours Be in the house of a stranger;
There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall Be filled with mischief.
The backslider in heart shall Be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall Be satisfied from himself.
A man's belly shall Be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he Be filled.
Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall Be filled with gravel.
If a man beget an hundred children, and live many years, so that the days of his years Be many, and his soul Be not filled with good, and also that he have no burial; I say, that an untimely birth is better than he.
Thus ye shall Be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord GOD.
For the earth shall Be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin Be uncovered: the cup of the LORD'S right hand shall Be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall Be on thy glory.
The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise as through wine; and they shall Be filled like bowls, and as the corners of the altar.
Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to Be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I Be somewhat filled with your company.
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might Be filled with all the fulness of God.
For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might Be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may Be filled with joy;
