And I will make thee swear by the LORD, the God of heaven, and the God of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:
And my master made me swear, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife to my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, in whose land I dwell:
The land of Egypt is before thee; in the best of the land make thy father and brethren to dwell; in the land of Goshen let them dwell: and if thou knowest any men of activity among them, then make them rulers over my cattle.
And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
Both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camps, in the midst whereof I dwell.
But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD Dwell among the children of Israel.
For the children of Joseph were two tribes, Manasseh and Ephraim: therefore they gave no part unto the Levites in the land, save cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for their cattle and for their substance.
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
And I said unto you, I am the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but ye have not obeyed my voice.
Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

They said moreover unto Pharaoh, For to sojourn in the land are we come; for thy servants have no pasture for their flocks; for the famine <i>isi> sore in the land of Canaan: now therefore, we pray thee, let thy servants <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in the land of Goshen.

Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> therein, spue you not out.

And command thou the people, saying, Ye <i>arei> to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in Seir; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed unto yourselves therefore:
(As the children of Esau which <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in Seir, and the Moabites which <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass over Jordan into the land which the LORD our God giveth us.
<i>Arei> they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the Canaanites, which <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in the champaign over against Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh?
For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> therein.
But <i>wheni> ye go over Jordan, and <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and <i>wheni> he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in safety;

When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that <i>arei> about me;
He shall <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> with thee, <i>eveni> among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him.
If brethren <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her.
Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, <i>andi> that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he <i>isi> thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

Neither did Manasseh drive out <i>the inhabitants ofi> Bethshean and her towns, nor Taanach and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Ibleam and her towns, nor the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns: but the Canaanites would <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in that land.
But the Amorites would <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in mount Heres in Aijalon, and in Shaalbim: yet the hand of the house of Joseph prevailed, so that they became tributaries.
And I said unto you, I <i>ami> the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan>: but ye have not obeyed my voice.
And Abimelech dwelt at Arumah: and Zebul thrust out Gaal and his brethren, that they should not <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in Shechem.

Therefore hear ye the word of the LORD, all Judah that <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> in the land of Egypt; Behold, I have sworn by my great name, saith the LORD, that my name shall no more be named in the mouth of any man of Judah in all the land of Egypt, saying, The Lord GOD liveth.
Thus saith the LORD; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall overflow the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that <span class="highlight-word">Dwellspan> therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitants of the land shall howl.
