Ezekiel 43:25-26

[25] Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish. [26] Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.

What does Ezekiel 43:25-26 Mean?

Contextual Meaning

On each of the seven days Ezekiel was to prepare a goat for a sin offering and a young bull and a ram as burnt offerings. These sacrifices also had to be without blemish, and they would make atonement and purify the altar. This seven-day ceremony would consecrate the altar for service (cf. Exodus 29:36-37).
