Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.

But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?

And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies thy footstool. David therefore calleth him Lord, how is he then his son?

Wherefore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto thee: but say in a word, and my servant shall be healed.

Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger?
