He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

Which doeth great things and unsearchable; marvellous things without number:

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.

And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
